Govern configuration versus customization decisions, protecting platform upgradeability and scalability aligned to Salesforce''s roadmap. Oversee business readiness and adoption, supporting the translation of business requirements into platform-appropriate outcomes and enabling sustainable internal Salesforce capabilities. Manage the oversight of data readiness, migration strategy, and analytics, ensuring data ownership and quality are clearly defined and maintained. Maintain the CRM risk register, escalate critical risks to executive sponsors, and provide clear options and trade-offs to steer delivery decisions. Gate emerging technologies such as AI adoption in alignment with policy, maturity, and value principles while ensuring performance, security, and compliance readiness.
