Salesforce Analyst and Administrator Lutterworth £35,000 - £45,000 Working Pattern: Hybrid minimum 2 days per week in the office We re looking for an experienced Salesforce Analyst and Administrator to take ownership of the ongoing development, optimisation and reliability of a key Salesforce platform. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of Salesforce administration, technical solution design, business analysis and stakeholder management. You ll work closely with system owners and senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions, while ensuring the platform remains secure, scalable and aligned with ISO and QMS requirements. Key Responsibilities +Design, implement and maintain Salesforce data and security models, integration strategies and new platform functionality. +Provide technical leadership across Apex, Lightning Components, Flow and Salesforce automation frameworks. +Establish and maintain effective requirements capture, change management, testing and release processes. +Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for senior and C-level stakeholders. +Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permissions and access controls. +Configure and customise fields, page layouts, objects, workflows and business processes.
