The National Lottery Community Fund is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing development, administration and optimisation of our core grant-making platform. Based within our Technology team, this role is pivotal to ensuring our Salesforce environment remains secure, reliable and responsive to the needs of colleagues across the organisation. As the UK''s largest community funder, we process a high volume of funding applications each year, supporting projects that benefit millions of people and help communities to thrive. Delivering this depends on dependable, well-governed technology. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Grant Management System (GMS), helping to ensure it continues to support the Community Fund''s vital work effectively and efficiently. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will administer and configure Salesforce Lightning, manage user access and permissions, and help maintain the stability, security and integrity of the platform. Working closely with product, delivery and business colleagues, you will contribute to the ongoing evolution of GMS through configuration, automation, support and continuous improvement, ensuring the platform delivers maximum value to its users.
