Position: Salesforce AdministratorLocation: Manchester ( Hybrid ) Perm Role - 45k - 50k Job Purpose.The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform, ensuring it effectively supports business processes, users, and data integrity.The role acts as the primary point of contact for Salesforce users, driving adoption, usability, and ongoing optimisation of the system.Job context and scopeKey Duties and Responsibilities Salesforce Administrator: The responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:Salesforce Platform ManagementConfigure and maintain Salesforce features including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and reportsManage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settingsEnsure system availability, performance, and data integrityImplement and maintain automation using Salesforce tools (Flows, Approval Processes) User Support and TrainingAct as first-line support for Salesforce-related issues and questionsTroubleshoot and resolve system errors and user-reported issuesDeliver user training, documentation, and guidance to improve adoptionGather feedback and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions Data Management and ReportingMaintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, and consistencyPerform data imports, exports, deduplication, and cleansingCreate and maintain dashboards and reports to support business insight and ..... full job details .....
