Salesforce Administrator

Mason Frank have partnered with a globally recognised brand that are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support our highly integrated greenfield Salesforce platform. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring we maximise the value of our investments in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud (B2C), and Agentforce. In this exciting role, you will manage the day-to-day platform operations, gather and translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, and implement robust solutions in collaboration with our Salesforce partners. You''ll be a key contact for end-users, driving adoption and ensuring the platform runs smoothly - all aligned with our strategy of simplicity, standardisation, and scalability. Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Administration: Manage all aspects of user and license management - including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.Declarative Development: Create and manage solutions using Flow, App Builder, validation rules, and page layouts.Backlog Management: Own and maintain the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
