Genius Sports is currently in the process of scaling various tech teams to align acquisitions under one unified technical strategy. The Salesforce team is at the forefront for supporting this strategy supporting the onboarding of the extensive Genius Sports product catalogue within Salesforce, driving commercial enablement, and activating our data to enrich and personalize our Marketing campaigns to drive growth. WHAT YOU''LL DO: Automation Expertise: Proficient in Agentforce configuration enabling automation using natural language prompts. Proficient with Einstein Activity Capture and Conversational Insights and flows. Pipeline Efficiency Enhancements: Collaborate with stakeholders to improve pipeline efficiency by streamlining processes and improving automation, through flows and OOTB features to improve pipeline management and forecasting. Implement best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting. Maintain and scale Quote to Cash journeys in Agentforce Revenue Management.
