Job DescriptionLocation: London, Hybrid Contract: ContractRate: £320/day RoleWe are seeking a proactive and technically strong Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance the Salesforce platform across a major international transport organisation, with a particular focus on the Contact Centre and wider Business Operations function. This role is central to maintaining a high-performing Salesforce environment that underpins operational cadence, customer management, and strategic initiatives.DutiesOversee the configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support of the Salesforce platform.Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, validation rules, triggers, workflows, approval processes, and installed packages.Manage user roles, profiles, security settings, and access controls, including Role Hierarchy and Sharing Rules.Establish and enforce change-control processes and Salesforce best practices across maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity.Coordinate resources involved in developing and maintaining customer management systems, including contractors, vendors, and interns.Engage with business stakeholders-particularly within the Contact Centre-to gather and analyse requirements, propose Salesforce-based solutions, and translate approved designs into high-quality deliverables.Collaborate with the Contact Centre, CRM Marketing, and other teams to ensure strong data integrity and operational ..... full job details .....
