The Role As a Sales Valuer / Lister, you will: Provide expert marketing advice to help vendors achieve the best possible sale price Carry out property valuations and secure new instructions List properties and maximise opportunities to achieve strong sale prices Generate new leads and proactively develop new business Build strong relationships with vendors and applicants Work closely with the wider team to match properties with suitable buyers Support and help run morning meetings when the Branch Manager is away Assist with the management and performance of the branch Contribute to branch profitability and overall business growth Sales Valuer / Lister requirements: Previous Estate Agency experience Strong customer service skills and a professional approach Excellent communication ..... full job details .....
