We''re recruiting for a Sales Valuer to join a multi-award-winning independent estate agency with a strong reputation in the local market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven property professional who values quality service over call statistics and wants to work closely with an experienced Director within a supportive, team-focused environment. You''ll be primarily focused on valuing and listing within the mid to upper-end market, while also supporting the wider office where needed, contributing to sales progression and day-to-day operations. The Role As a Sales Valuer, you will: Conduct and win market appraisals across the local area Provide expert pricing and marketing advice to vendors Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey Proactively generate new business and increase market share Support sales progression and wider office operations when required Work closely with the Director and wider team to drive branch success Maintain a strong presence and reputation in the local property market Sales Valuer Requirements Previous experience as a Sales Valuer or similar estate agency role Proven track record of winning instructions and ..... full job details .....
