The Role As a Sales Valuer, you will: Carry out market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations Generate and win new instructions Maximise valuation-to-instruction conversion opportunities Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors Generate new business through proactive business development Manage and progress your sales pipeline Work closely with the wider team to maximise opportunities from the office pipeline Negotiate offers and help progress sales through to completion Deliver an excellent level of customer service throughout the sales process Keep up to date with local property market conditions and trends Sales Valuer requirements: Proven experience within residential estate agency Strong track record in valuations, winning instructions and generating new business Confident carrying out market appraisals and converting valuations into instructions Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and ..... full job details .....
