With a high volume of pre-booked valuations each week, this is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional to maximise listings and earn uncapped commission. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Valuer who enjoys winning instructions, building client relationships and contributing to the continued success of a busy, high-performing branch. The Role As a Sales Valuer, you will: Carry out accurate market appraisals for residential properties Win instructions and convert valuations into listings Build strong relationships with vendors throughout the sales process Upsell additional services, including financial services and conveyancing Deliver outstanding customer service from valuation through to instruction Generate new business opportunities and contribute to branch performance Maintain strong knowledge of the local property market and pricing trends Sales Valuer Requirements: Previous estate agency experience, including listing and valuing properties Proven ability to win instructions and close for business Motivated, driven and target-focused approach Strong knowledge of the Southport property market and surrounding area Excellent communication and negotiation skills Outstanding customer service and relationship-building ability Full UK ..... full job details .....
