The Role As a Sales Valuer, you will: Conduct accurate market appraisals using local market knowledge and comparable property data Attend pre-booked valuation appointments and convert opportunities into new instructions Build strong relationships with prospective vendors Identify and generate new business opportunities Increase market share within the local area Demonstrate expert knowledge of the local property market Complete associated administration and ensure records are kept up to date Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the valuation process Sales Valuer Requirements Minimum of 1 year''s experience in residential property listing or valuing Proven ability to win instructions and build client relationships Strong knowledge of the local property market (desirable) Confident, professional, and well presented Highly motivated with a ..... full job details .....
