Our additional branches and sister companies are dotted all over the UK to provide our customers with the best service possible.We offer a modern and comfortable working environment, with over 225,000 sq. ft dedicated to distribution and manufacturing.About the roleThe Sales Trainer will design, deliver, and manage training programs that develop sales capability across Oadby Plastics, ensuring consistency, structure, and continuous improvement. This role equips new and existing staff with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to achieve sales excellence.
