Key Responsibilities Deliver structured new-starter sales training. Conduct regular 1-to-1 coaching sessions with sales staff. Carry out call reviews, role plays and side-by-side coaching to identify and improve sales behaviours. Conduct regular performance reviews, setting clear objectives and development plans. Identify individual and team performance gaps and deliver targeted training. Provide ongoing coaching around objection handling, closing, communication, and sales techniques. Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and sales resources. Work closely with Sales Management to improve team performance, conversion, and results. Track training and coaching outcomes and make recommendations for further development. Requirements Minimum 3 years'' experience in sales training, sales coaching, or a similar role.
