Sales TrainerFarnham 35,000 - 40,000 Our client is looking for an experienced, commercially focused In House Sales Trainer to develop their sales team, support new starters and drive consistent improvement in sales performance. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver structured new-starter sales training.Conduct regular 1-to-1 coaching sessions with sales staff.Carry out call reviews, role plays and side-by-side coaching to identify and improve sales behaviours.Conduct regular performance reviews, setting clear objectives and development plans.Identify individual and team performance gaps and deliver targeted training.Provide ongoing coaching around objection handling, closing, communication, and sales techniques.Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and sales resources.Work closely with Sales Management to improve team performance, conversion, and results.Track training and coaching outcomes and make recommendations for further development. RequirementsMinimum 3 years'' experience in sales training, sales coaching, or a similar role.Proven track record of improving sales performance through coaching and development.Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques and KPIs.Confident delivering both group training and 1-to-1 coaching.Excellent communication, presentation and feedback skills.Comfortable conducting performance reviews and having challenging performance conversations.Highly organised, proactive and results-driven.A genuine passion for developing people and ..... full job details .....
