You''ll work closely with customers to deliver tailored solutions, including repairs, refurbishments, and system improvements. The Role As a Sales Technician, you will: Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple sectors Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and technical reports Carry out site visits and surveys with clients and prospects Negotiate and secure sales agreements, including scope and terms Compile and assess tenders, costings, and project requirements Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates and insights Maintain accurate records using CRM systems Plan and manage your own schedule, including client visits and prospecting Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to customers Act as a key liaison between customers, engineers, workshop teams, and senior management Support marketing ..... full job details .....
