BDR Team Manager , you’ll lead from the front, inspire confidence, and set the pace for a high-performing team of six Business Development Reps.Your mission:

Energise the team to exceed KPIs, refine our outbound approach, and create a culture where high standards and big wins are the norm. You’ll balance coaching with strategy, keeping your eyes on both the daily details and the long-term goals.This is what you’ll be doing:Leading, inspiring, and developing a team of 6 BDRs to deliver qualified opportunities.Driving energy in daily huddles, pipeline reviews, and 1:1 coaching sessions.Hiring and retaining top talent, ensuring the team is always set up to win.Refining outreach strategies across phone, email, and social platforms.Partnering with senior sales and marketing to align outbound activity with business goals.Tracking, reporting, and analysing metrics to improve performance.Leading by example — showing the team what great looks like.About You

Proven experience managing a sales or BDR team.Strong B2B sales track record — you’ve done the job and know what great looks like.Comfortable managing KPIs and inspiring high performance both in-person and remotely.Confident communicator with strong performance management skills.Skilled in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office.Strategic thinker with a hands-on, lead-by-example style.Understanding of the construction sector or B2B SaaS (desirable).The Reality — and the Reward
