Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Sales Team Leader to join their team. This role is perfect for a sales professional with a background in construction or glazing, who thrives on converting opportunities into orders and building long-term customer relationships.Day-to-day of the role:Drive the conversion of quotations into confirmed orders.Support and motivate the sales team with technical quotations and customer enquiries.Develop existing customer accounts by identifying additional project opportunities.Proactively prospect new customers and market sectors.Maintain and develop a strong sales pipeline.Manage and grow key internal accounts.Deliver online CPD presentations to architects and specifiers.Work closely with the Head of Sales to identify growth opportunities.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in internal sales, account management, or business development within the construction or glazing industry.Strong commercial awareness and excellent relationship-building skills.Experience with technical sales and managing customer relationships.Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.Strong attention to detail ..... full job details .....
