      <description>Location: Cirencester | Salary: 40000.00-40000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Sales Team Leader Location: Cirencester Reports To: Sales Manager Salary: 40,000 + Commission (OTE 80k- 90K)  Job Purpose To lead, coach, and develop a team of new sales starters, building their confidence, capability, and performance from initial onboarding through to full competency. This role is responsible for creating a high-performing, motivated Academy team that successfully progresses into core sales roles and contributes to overall sales success.
