      <description>Location: Cirencester | Salary: &amp;pound;40000/annum + Commission (OTE 80K-90K) | Type: Permanent | Sales Team Leader    Location: -Cirencester   Reports To: -Sales Manager   Salary: 40,000 + Commission (OTE 80k90K)     Job Purpose   To lead, coach, and develop a team of new sales starters, building their confidence, capability, and performance from initial onboarding through to full competency. This role is responsible for creating a high-performing, motivated Academy team that successfully progresses into core sales roles and contributes to overall sales success.
