SALES TEAM LEADER / SALES MANAGER Engineering, Rail and Technical Markets Location: Derby Salary: Negotiable depending on experience Package: 4,800 car allowance plus performance-related bonus/commission Working pattern: Predominantly office-based, with potential for one day working from home once established THE OPPORTUNITY Are you a commercially driven Sales Team Leader or Sales Manager who knows how to motivate people, develop client relationships and create a high-performing sales culture? Do you enjoy leading from the front, developing new business and helping individuals achieve their full potential? We are recruiting for an established, privately owned business operating across rail, engineering, automotive and technical markets. The business is looking to appoint a hands-on leader to take responsibility for an established Derby-based team of approximately six to seven people. This is a genuine opportunity to make an impact. You will be responsible for creating commercial momentum, strengthening client relationships, improving individual performance and identifying new opportunities for growth. The team operates within a specialist, target-driven environment, delivering solutions to clients across technical sectors.
