You ll join their business development and account management team in their new modern office which has fantastic facilities and free car parking. You are a confident and ambitious Team Leader who can lead the Business Development and Account Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales leader who enjoys driving performance, developing talent, and building strong customer relationships while remaining hands-on with their own customer portfolio. As Sales Team Leader, you will take ownership of the performance, development, and day-to-day management of one of the Sales Units. You will be responsible for ensuring team targets are achieved, KPIs are consistently met, and customer relationships are maintained to the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will balance team management with account management responsibilities, leading by example and creating a culture of accountability, motivation, and success.
