Sales Team Leader Leicester, LE3 100% office based £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + performance-based bonuses Full time, permanent Monday Friday, 9am 5pm Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking independent technology business, is looking to appoint a Sales Team Leader to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional with at least 2 years experience, who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. You ll be working closely with the Directors, receiving ongoing mentorship, while leading and inspiring a small sales team to deliver exceptional results. This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on sales activity and people leadership you ll lead from the front, drive performance, and contribute directly to business growth.
