Sales Support Supervisor
We have an exciting position with a leading Forwarder:Role OverviewThe Sales Support Advisor will be part of the company''s central commercial support team, providing essential business development, sales enablement, and analytics services to all sector heads and the executive team. This role is responsible for structuring deals, supporting proposal development, driving pricing strategies, delivering business insights, maintaining CRM systems, and supporting innovation in services and solutions.Requirements Experience in commercial operations, sales support, or business development enablement, ideally in logistics, secure transportation, or high-value sectors. Strong commercial and financial acumen, with proven experience in deal structuring, pricing, and proposal development. Experience managing small, high-performing teams in a fast-paced commercial environment. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data and turn them into actionable recommendations. Excellent proposal writing, communication, and client-facing skills. Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities across different business sectors. Experience working with high-value, high-security supply chains (e.g., precious metals, fine art, financial services) is an advantage.
