You''ll act as a trusted point of support for sales teams, helping to keep the entire sales cycle running smoothly. From quotations and purchase orders through to bookings, invoicing and data management, you''ll play an important role in ensuring processes are accurate, efficient and delivered to a high standard. What you''ll be doing Preparing quotes for contract renewals and RFP/RFI responses Maintaining accurate pricing, configuration and quotation documentation Managing and updating information across internal systems and databases Working extensively with Excel spreadsheets and business data Responding professionally to internal and external queries Processing Purchase Orders and managing order bookings and reconciliations Supporting quoting, booking and invoicing workflows Completing quality assurance checks to maintain accuracy and consistency Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of ..... full job details .....
