As a Sales Support Specialist you will be a key part of the team, ensuring vehicles are presented to the highest standard both online and on-site, supporting smooth customer handovers, and helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Work closely with the Aftersales Manager and wider Team to support the presentation of Vehicle Stock on the forecourt and onlineAssist with the preparation of Customers Vehicles at Hand OverPrepare all photos of stock for representation onlineLiaise with valeting team to ensure all stock is presented correctlyCollect and deliver vehicles from customers\'' homes or work premises, ensuring collection and/or completion of all paperwork as requiredExamine customer vehicles for damage and tyre safety prior to collecting vehicles, ensuring damage reports are completed and pointed out to customers where possibleMaintain systems and procedures in line with department operating standards and utilise them appropriatelyDisplay an enthusiastic, motivated and committed approach to workControl the movement and security of all vehicles on siteMaintain accurate and true records at all times when releasing or receiving vehiclesHelpful skills and qualifications
