If you are fluent in Spanish/Portuguese and thrive in a dynamic, sales-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.Day-to-day of the role:Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a high-quality service experience.Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.Using Sales ForceChasing Leads/SalesEngage in lead generation and sales calls to meet daily and monthly targets.Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact to achieve sales goals.Maintain a transparent sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring all sales data is up-to-date and accurate.Analyse sales data to drive and improve the sales process.Required Skills and Qualifications:Must be fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.Must be reliable and diligentProven experience in customer service and sales environments.Strong ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.Skilled in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities.Excellent ..... full job details .....
