Role: Sales SupportLocation: NorthamptonHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 until 5:30pmSalary: £26,500 per annum + commission An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly organised Sales Support to join our client based in Northamptonshire.Supporting the sales teams, this role plays a pivotal part in the sales process, ensuring all administration, documentation, and systems are managed efficiently to support the Sales Team and maintain smooth progression of deals. Duties of a Sales Support: Support the Sales Team with all administration activities including compiling, creating, and checking finance documents, quotations, and proposalsSubmit finance applications to lenders via online portalsComplete credit checks and review lending rates for client proposalsArrange and manage document signatures, ensuring accuracy before authorisationMaintain and update CRM systems with sales progress and client interactionsRaise invoices and commission documents, ensuring accuracy of all detailsCompile pay-out packs for lenders following document completionAssist with client onboarding, including KYC checksHandle inbound calls and enquiries, directing to relevant team membersMake outbound calls to lenders, banks, and suppliers to progress deals and obtain required informationSupport the internal credit team with searches and administrationAssist with any additional duties aligned to the role What we would like from you: Degree level education would be advantageous.Previous experience in ..... full job details .....
