Sales Support Officer

Based in Tamworth (B77 5PN), Soudal (UK) Ltd is one of the largest subsidiaries within the Soudal Group and currently looking for a Sales Support Officer to join a growing customer service team, reporting to the Customer Service Manager. Handle inbound calls in line with set KPI s. Manage customer expectations by phone, email and any other appropriate means of communication. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in the processing of orders. Liaising with all other departments to improve efficiency and minimise issues and costs. Manage delivery issues in line with customer expectations. Make outbound calls to maximise sales opportunities. Update customer price files. Maintain customer data within CRM and SAP. Manage customer open order books in line with customer expectations. Profile Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
