They have been established over 25 years and and also are able to offer good progression.DescriptionAccount and Sales SupportSupport the Head of Sales in managing key National AccountsProcess customer orders accurately and in line with agreed commercial termsLiaise with warehouse and 3PL providers to ensure smooth fulfilmentRaise and manage new line forms and retailer documentationManage line lists and ensure systems are updated accuratelyMonitor out-of-stocks and proactively communicate risksTrack and support promotional set-up and executionAssist with forecasts and sales reportingIdentify up-selling opportunities and support range extensionsAccount Management SupportAttend customer meetings where required and circulate clear follow-up actionsManage and track action points to ensure deadlines are metPrepare sales analysis and reporting for account reviewsSupport the preparation of presentations and commercial proposalsCross-Functional CoordinationLiaise with NPD regarding samples, launch timelines and new line set-upsWork closely with Supply Chain on stock availability and forecastsCoordinate internally across Finance, Operations and Marketing to ensure account requirements ..... full job details .....
