Sales Support ManagerLocation: SmethwickSalary: £32,000 to £35,000 (Depending on experience)The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Support Manager to join a well-established and growing business based in Smethwick. This is a varied role that combines sales administration, customer account management and export coordination, supporting both UK and international customers.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently, maintaining excellent customer relationships and supporting the wider sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer sales orders from receipt through to deliveryProcess quotations, sales orders and customer invoicesCoordinate delivery schedules and ensure customer deadlines are metPrepare and manage export documentation in line with current legislationAct as the main point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-faceBuild and maintain strong relationships with UK and overseas customersProvide accurate updates to customers regarding order progress and delivery schedulesLiaise with internal departments to communicate customer demand and purchasing requirementsSupport the external sales team with day-to-day account managementManage key customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionComplete daily cash reporting and petty cash administrationAssist with additional administrative duties as requiredAbout YouPrevious experience within a sales ..... full job details .....
