Sales Support Manager

The sales function plays a critical role in progressing opportunities and preparing documentation for tenders and proposals. Responsibilities: Maintain sales pipeline activity and follow-up across active opportunities Coordinate diaries, meetings, actions, and client engagement Manage client communication via email and phone professionally Prepare tenders, proposals, and documentation using standard templates Edit and format Word and PowerPoint tender documents to review-ready standard Handle administrative tasks linked to live sales activity Track progress across workstreams and prevent delays through follow-up Required: Experience in sales support, commercial support, bid support, or client operations Strong verbal and written communication skills High proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Self-sufficient, able to manage competing tasks without close supervision Able to contribute quickly with minimal onboardinh Preferred: Sector experience in environmental, sustainability, ..... full job details .....
