Sales Support Lead Location: Bideford, DevonJob Type: Full-time, on-site Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm About the Opportunity We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Sales Support Lead to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, likes working with people and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly. Working alongside the wider team, you will provide day-to-day administrative and customer support, helping to ensure a positive experience for customers and effective communication across the business. The Role The role will involve a variety of administrative and sales support activities, including: Responding to customer sales enquiries by telephone and email Assisting with the processing and coordination of customer requirements Manage and take the lead on complex customer service enquiries Keeping information and records accurate and up to date Communicating with customers, colleagues and external contacts Helping to ensure tasks are followed through efficiently Providing general administrative support as required Raising purchase orders and processing sales orders with accuracy Assisting with the smooth running of the office and wider team About You You will be someone who is: Organised and able to manage a varied workload effectively Confident handling customer enquiries and finding practical solutions Able to assess situations, make sensible commercial ..... full job details .....
