We are seeking a reliable and organised Casual Office Support Administrator to provide short-term cover for our busy sales team.This is a varied administrative role supporting day-to-day sales activities, with flexible working days and hours during the cover period.Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming telephone enquiries professionally
• Making outbound calls to prospective tenants
• Booking and coordinating appointments
• Providing general sales administration support
• Updating records and maintaining accurate information
• Assisting the sales team with ad hoc administrative tasks

About You:

• Previous office administration or customer service experience
• Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work flexibly to meet business requirements
