Sales Support Executive

We''re looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive to support revenue growth and deliver excellent customer service. You''ll manage enquiries, prepare quotes, maintain CRM records, and support both new and existing customers.This is an office based role near Buckingham.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound enquiries and produce quotationsFollow up quotes to maximise conversionsMaintain CRM data and track opportunitiesSupport and manage smaller customer accountsIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesAssist with outbound campaigns and re-engage lapsed clientsWork closely with the wider sales teamLead generation and cold callingAbout YouExperience in sales support, internal sales or customer serviceStrong communication and organisation skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and commercially awareLead generation or cold calling experienceCRM experience preferredThis is an onsite role but offers a 3pm finish every Friday!
