We own, manufacture and distribute four brands, Forest Feast, Acti-Snack, Just Live A Little, and Indie Bay, selling across two main product categories, Snacking and Breakfast. Our customer base spans multiple channels across the UK and Ireland and over thirty international markets. We have experienced significant growth of 20% CAGR over 5 years, and to further support our exciting growth strategy, we are recruiting for a Sales Support Executive as part of our growing team. The Role As Sales Support Executive, you will provide essential support to our sales team, helping to deliver commercial activity across our brands and customer channels. From maintaining customer portals and pricing to coordinating samples, promotions and account support, you will help ensure our customers receive an efficient, accurate and responsive service. Main Responsibilities: - Manage key customer portals alongside the wider sales team, adding and updating product information, new listings and promotions. - Complete and submit new line forms, coordinating the required information across the business. - Maintain customer pricing files and portals, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. - Keep internal promotions, new listings and EPOS sales trackers up to date. - Maintain the monthly sales promotion invoice tracker. - Support the sales team with ..... full job details .....
