Sales Support Executive

We are recruiting of Internal Sales Support professional to join a respected, sustainable brand in the Construction sector. Working closely with the external sales team, technical department and customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, processing enquiries, coordinating sales activities and supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the sales function. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day sales and administrative support to the external sales team. Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner. Prepare quotations and assist with order processing and customer follow-up activities. Maintain accurate customer and sales information within company systems. Coordinate effectively with colleagues across sales, technical and logistics functions. Support the management of customer accounts and help identify opportunities for business growth. Assist with reporting, data management and general sales administration Deliver a high standard of customer service and contribute to continuous business improvement.
