Sales Support Executive

You''ll play a key role in supporting the Business Development Managers, keeping customer orders moving and helping turn opportunities into sales.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the organised link between customers, sales and internal teams and who has the technical curiosity to understand the products and solutions they''re supporting.The Role:Supporting Business Development Managers with new and existing customer enquiries and quotations.Preparing and issuing quotations, following these up with customers and helping to convert opportunities into orders.Managing customer orders from placement through to delivery, keeping customers updated throughout the process.Acting as a key point of contact for B2B customer queries, building strong and professional relationships.Liaising with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered within agreed timescales.Supporting lead generation activity, including following up leads generated through exhibitions and other sales activity.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring customer information and sales activity is captured correctly.Producing ..... full job details .....
