We''re partnering with a well-established financial services business that is looking to strengthen its Broker Support team with an organised and commercially minded Sales Support Executive. This is a role where your attention to detail, relationship-building skills, and ability to keep transactions moving will make a genuine impact on business performance.

What you''ll be doing

As a key link between brokers, sales teams, underwriting, and operational departments, you''ll help ensure finance deals progress smoothly from initial proposal through to payout.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing finance applications and proposals through to completion
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for brokers and business partners
• Supporting Broker Development Managers with live deal progression
• Assisting with structuring and preparing more complex funding cases
• Conducting KYC and customer due diligence checks
• Producing quotations and ensuring funding requirements are met
• Preparing and reviewing documentation in line with compliance standards
• Liaising with underwriting, governance, payouts, and finance teams
• Maintaining accurate records within a highly regulated environment

What we''re looking for

You''ll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy.

We''re particularly interested in candidates with:

• Experience within financial services, lending, asset finance, banking, insurance, or a similar regulated sector
• A background in sales support, broker support, customer operations, or deal administration
• Knowledge of KYC, compliance, and customer due diligence processes
• Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple live cases simultaneously
