Sales and Customer Services Executive - France Based in Basingstoke Permanent role Competitive basic salary, plus bonus - available on application Fluent French essential Hybrid Our Client, based in Basingstoke, is looking for a Service and Sales Executive to join their team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the sales teams to achieve their targets. Based at their Basingstoke HQ, you ll be supporting their customers in France, acting as a central point of contact for Area Sales Managers and their territories. You ll manage a mix of inbound and outbound activity, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and opportunities to add value are maximised. Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you ll build strong relationships internally and externally, developing a strong understanding of our products, systems and processes to support both service and sales success. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day sales and service support to Area Sales Managers and customers in France Handle inbound calls and emails, identifying and resolving customer queries efficiently Take ownership of issues and aim for First Call Resolution wherever possible Support outbound sales and service activity alongside the field sales team Identify opportunities to upsell during customer interactions Deliver against individual sales targets set annually Accurately record and manage customer interactions within CRM systems Build and ..... full job details .....
