This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, commercially minded individual who enjoys working with systems, technology and people and who wants to build a genuine career within sales and business development. You will work closely alongside a Senior Business Development Manager, forming a two-person commercial team. While the Senior BDM focuses on customer relationships, commercial conversations and closing opportunities, you will take ownership of the detail, systems, administration and follow-through that keep opportunities progressing. This is far more than a traditional administration role. You will have regular exposure to customers, sales meetings and live commercial opportunities, with a clear opportunity to develop your skills and progress into a more senior commercial position over time. What Will You Be Doing? Supporting the Senior Business Development Manager Work closely with a Senior BDM as their dedicated commercial support.
