Sales Support Executive

We are recruiting for a Sales Support Executive on behalf of a a growing organisation within the manufacturing sector. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative team where you''ll play a key role in supporting sales activity, specification processes, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, scheduling, meetings, and communications and prepare reports, documents, and presentations
• Maintain CRM systems and accurate customer records
• Support sales activity, reporting, and lead generation
• Communicate with customers and follow up on enquiries
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients
• Generate new business leads through outbound calls

Skills & Experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and driven approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in sales support, administration or telesales desirable
