In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting the sales and delivery teams by delivering accurate, competitive, and technically robust estimates for Building Management System projects.What You''ll Do:Prepare detailed and precise cost estimates from drawings, specifications, schedules, and tender documentation.Analyse hardware, software, installation, commissioning, and labour requirements to create comprehensive solutions.Conduct site surveys (via train/team expenses paid) to gather crucial technical information and assess project needs.Produce professional, competitive quotations, proposals, and tender submissions to a consistently high standard.Balance competitiveness with profitability to maintain appropriate margins while seizing new business opportunities.Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors to gather accurate technical and commercial information.Stay updated on BMS technologies, ..... full job details .....
