Sales Support Engineer (BMS)

We''re looking for a Sales Support Engineer to join a growing Building Management Systems team based in Tunbridge Wells. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with commercial awareness, supporting the sales team by producing high-quality quotations and helping secure exciting BMS projects. The Role Working closely with the Head of Sales, engineers and project teams, you''ll be responsible for preparing competitive estimates and technical proposals for BMS projects across a wide range of commercial environments. You''ll play a key part in ensuring quotations are technically accurate, commercially viable and delivered to a high professional standard. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing accurate BMS estimates and quotations from drawings, specifications and tender documents. Producing detailed proposals covering hardware, software, labour, commissioning and installation. Carrying out site surveys where required. Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and technical information. Following up quotations and maintaining strong relationships with customers and consultants. Negotiating contracts and supporting successful project handovers to delivery teams. Keeping up to date with BMS technology, products and market trends.
