Sales Support

This is a great opportunity to join an established local business in a varied and busy role. This Sales Support position will work closely with senior team members, supporting day to day sales activity, customer communication, and administration. The role also offers the chance to contribute to new business growth and develop further within the position.

Paying -29,000 per annum, full time Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, based on the outskirts of Oxfordshire.

Duties

• Provide support with daily sales administration, including quotations and deadline coordination.
• Answer office calls in a professional and helpful manner.
• Assist with the organisation and delivery of company events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure information is kept up to date.
• Support the wider sales team with administrative tasks as required.
• Communicate directly with customers to resolve queries and provide support.
• Work closely with senior management to help develop new business opportunities.

Experience

• Previous experience in a sales or office environment.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the location of the role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a small team.
• Well organised, proactive, and able to manage time effectively.
