A great new opportunity to join a growing business with great employee culture 12 Month Fixed Term Contract The Sales Support Coordinator provides administrative and commercial support to the sales function, helping to ensure enquiries, quotations, orders and customer requests are managed efficiently. This role is offered on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Technical Support and international teams, the role helps maintain accurate information, supports pipeline visibility and contributes to a positive customer experience. Coordinate quotations, customer enquiries and sales administration activities. Maintain accurate CRM and Support Desk records, customer information and opportunity data. Support customer proposals, onboarding and early engagement with prospective customers. Manage the shared sales inbox and ensure enquiries are allocated and responded to promptly. Support spare parts, repairs and after-sales activities. Coordinate repair and returns processes, including customer communications and documentation.
