Sales Support Coordinator Bury St Edmunds £34,000 - £40,000 DOE Hybrid Opportunity We are searching for a Sales Support Coordinator on behalf of our client to provide structured, end-to-end support to the sales function. The role focuses on coordinating orders, pricing, and sales documentation, working closely with sales colleagues and internal teams to ensure commercial activity is delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed timelines. Key Responsibilities: Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through to invoicing and preparation for dispatchLiaising with logistics providers and freight partners to coordinate shipments and deliveriesProviding professional customer support via telephone and emailProactively identifying customer requirements and offering appropriate advice or solutionsManaging enquiries, preparing quotations, and following up throughout the sales processMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records within internal business systemsCoordinating delivery schedules with planning, purchasing, and supply teamsPreparing export and shipping documentation for international ordersSupporting finance processes, including managed payment terms and documentationHandling customer complaints and returns, including preparation of credit requestsAssisting with credit control activities through monitoring account status and paymentsRequirements: Previous experience in sales administration, order processing, customer service, or a ..... full job details .....
