Sales Support Coordinator

Location:-Waterlooville
Type:-Full-Time, Permanent
Hours:-Office-based, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm and-9:00am 5:00pm

You''ll play a key role in managing customer accounts, processing orders, preparing quotations, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer enquiries and process orders from business clients.
  • Prepare accurate quotations based on customer specifications.
  • Process and track orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to build strong, ongoing relationships.
  • From time to time proactively contact customers who haven''t ordered recently to explore new opportunities.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including warehouse and logistics, to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Handle numbers confidently, including pricing calculations, order volumes, and discounts.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally, maintaining a high standard of service.

About You:

  • Previous experience in sales support, sales administration, or customer account management is essential.
  • Confident handling numerical tasks such as pricing, quotations, and order calculations.
  • Professional, confident phone manner, you''ll regularly liaise with customers by phone, so clear communication is key.
  • Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when working with customer specifications and orders.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English required.

Hours:
