Hours:-Office-based, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm and-9:00am 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer enquiries and process orders from business clients.
- Prepare accurate quotations based on customer specifications.
- Process and track orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to build strong, ongoing relationships.
- From time to time proactively contact customers who haven''t ordered recently to explore new opportunities.
- Liaise with internal teams, including warehouse and logistics, to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Handle numbers confidently, including pricing calculations, order volumes, and discounts.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally, maintaining a high standard of service.
About You:
- Previous experience in sales support, sales administration, or customer account management is essential.
- Confident handling numerical tasks such as pricing, quotations, and order calculations.
- Professional, confident phone manner, you''ll regularly liaise with customers by phone, so clear communication is key.
- Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when working with customer specifications and orders.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English required.
