Are you a Sales Coordinator looking for a new role?Do you have experience in either the Construction or Energy industry?Here is a role that might be just for you Sales Support Coordinator wanted for a construction company based in Stockton on TeesHours: 8.00-4.30 Mon to FriThe successful candidate would provide efficient administrative support to the sales team, answering inbound calls, logging the information onto the CRM (Hubspot), arranging appointments for the sales team through the job management system.Supporting the sales team with reports, proposals , pricing updates, and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls and emails professionallyMaintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/ERP systemsSupport the sales team with reports, pricing updates, and documentationEnsure compliance with company procedures and policiesProvide general administrative support to the departmentSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in the construction or energy industryPrevious residential sales experience in either a direct selling or support roleProven longevity in roles throughout work historyPersonable and can easily build rapportComfortable taking inbound and making outbound sales callsStrong I.T skills with experience in MS office packages and CRM systemsAbility to work full time and commute to the Stockton office locationCommercial awareness ..... full job details .....
