This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.Key Responsibilities:As a Sales Support and Warranty Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end management of lift equipment orders and warranty claims. Accurately process lifting equipment orders in the ERP/SAP system.Track orders through to fulfilment, ensuring timely despatch and installation.Address distributor inquiries regarding stock availability, lead times, and order changes.Resolve order-related issues and communicate updates proactively.Collaborate with hauliers, warehouse, and distributors to meet despatch and installation deadlines.Support forecasting and planning activities to optimise inventory levels.Manage the warranty process from claim intake to resolution and parts despatch.Process warranty claims efficiently with accurate documentation.Verify compatibility of spare parts with specific lifting equipment under warranty.Maintain open communication with customers and distributors on claim status.Follow up with ..... full job details .....
